Debra ("Debbie") Delongis is an experienced realtor that listens to her clients. She was professional. Debbie was extremely responsive to our calls and texts. She genuinely takes her time to recommend homes and understands your wants and needs. She was always on top of things and is a great problem solver. Debbie represented us in the sale of our home and the purchase of the new one which can be extra stressful when you are buying and selling at the same time. She utilized her network of realtors, websites and all available resources to get our home sold in a timely manner. On more than one occasion, Debbie got involved and helped to smooth out the "snags" we encountered along the way. She works well under pressure. Even after the transactions were complete, Debbie continued to follow up with us to make sure we were happy in our new home. My husband and I enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend her to any potential buyer or seller.

My husband and I met Debra Delongis aka Debbie in July of 2017 when we contacted her regarding a property she listed for sale. Prior to meeting her, we went through three different realtors, as we were not satisfied with the quality of service we were receiving. Since we met her, she has been nothing but an absolute gem. She has gone with us on countless viewings of various properties with zero sign of frustration and has been an absolute professional though out our house hunting process. I cannot remember a time when we tried to get in contact with her and she is not available to give us her undivided attention.
